A variety of in-house equipment is also used to perform calculations, generate reports and figures and to perform digital photo editing.

Auto Fifth Wheel System:
attached to a vehicle, this system collects and records vehicle dynamic data for presentation of vehicle position, speed, acceleration and deceleration rates.

Train Wheel System:
attached to the truck of a railroad car, this system measures train speed, position, acceleration and deceleration rates.

Other Equipment

Cameras: Nikon cameras are used for location photographs.

Computers: Laptop field computers are used for collecting data, and various other purposes in the field.
